How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order amount.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders across Qatar.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We arrange a free pick-up. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
What if my item does not work?
Contact us within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge.
Can I return personal care items?
For hygiene reasons, personal care items cannot be returned once opened.
How will I get my refund if I paid cash?
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are made by bank transfer or store credit within 7–14 business days after we receive and check the item.
